Just saw these at Kitahon-cho 7-11 convenience store in Funabash, Chiba Japan. Contrary to a recent law concerning companies not being allowed to blind-pack "free" figs that come with sweets, Takara-Tomy have bypassed it by not having sweeties with them! I didn't see any "chase figs" either. Also attached is TRU Japan, Funabashi Lalaports and Ueno Tokyo Tamashiroya's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen displays.

TFclub.com has updated their site with a bunch of new images for their New Look at the TFClub Gears of War Set that is shown with the Alaternit Convoy action figures in black / nemesis and the red colored versions. The new pictures show us Gears of War Set that includes two light-up guns along with a number of good shots of the Alternity 01B figure.

Nike Basketball has collaborated with Hasbro’s Transformers II movie to release a pack of three shoes that will feature various logos from the Transformers. The best part about this Nike Basketball x Transformers II Pack is that not only do the shoe's come with various Transformers logos on them but the shoeboxes that the shoe's come in.

So here's the text review, while I wait impatiently for youtube to finish uploading.
Pros: he's a monster, huge! about 13 ½ inches when hunched over. Great sound chip (in mixmaster) he says a few lines of text and sounds while in Devastator mode... Cons: Really weak vehicle modes (pretty much blocks of plastic). Little to no paint apps (hightower is solid yellow). Sorta "back heavy" (mixmaster is heavy).

"Vansch" of the HK-TF forums has posted a few shots of a never-before-seen
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Arcee figure. Unlike the previous figures we have seen before, this version actually has feet with wheels located above each of them. The figure also seems to have a full body, rather than the hollow-behind-the-chest-plate design the combiner motorcycle versions embody. Other iterations of the character include the
Deluxe version and the one packaged with
Human Alliance Skids.

Thanks to EasyNet, we have new in-package shots of
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Scout Nightbeat. We also get a look at the character's bio. Take a look in the figure's
database entry.

Seeing
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in IMAX may be a treat for moviegoers, but it was also the biggest project Industrial Light and Magic (ILM) has ever done in the entire history of the digital effects studio. "Getting our pipeline to handle IMAX resolution has been quite a challenge," says Jeff White, associate visual effects supervisor. To transfer these robots onto the IMAX prints, the studio did 4K resolution scans (yes, really) for the IMAX film. Read more.

Transformers Garage is on the look out for the best custom / kitbash to feature each week here and in the Transformers Garage Hall of Fame section. This week's featured custom in our "holy freakin' cow" series is
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Shockwave by Jin Saotome. "What's Transformers without Shockwave I ask you? He's like the jelly to a PB&J, the bottle cap to a beer, you know what I'm saying right?" We do indeed, Mr. Saotome. Read more.

If you’ve seen the previews for Spotlight: Metroplex you know this issues big gimmick, emphasis on big. Conveying the sense of scale visually is the task of excellent IDW artist Marcelo Matere, and he’s got plenty of room to do it. With the exceptions of the first and last pages, by necessity, all of Spotlight: Metroplex is told in full two page spreads.
All I can say about this stunt is… It works. Metroplex feels big. It rules. Read the
