Transformers: Exodus by Alex Irvine is out now and as a treat, Hasbro is offering you a chance to read the first four chapters of the book online to see if you are intrigued by the book. Jim Sorensen has updated his BLOG the Disciples of Boltax with some of the content we will not see in the The AllSpark Almanac II that is coming soon. The images posted give us a rare look at concept art in the rawest form. Get a look at sketches for Wheelie, Jetfire, Krezmeek, The Lion and the Mouse as told with Victory Leo and Packrat and some other really neat stuff fans of Transformers Animated won't want to miss.
Derrick J. Wyatt has posted a poster on his blog A Delightful Tedium announcing that he, Jim Sorenson, Bill Forster, and Transformers Animated Lead Writer Marty Isenberg will be on-hand at Emerald Knights for a signing of Transformers Animated: AllSpark Almanac II. The guys will be at 4116 W. Burbank Blvd in Burbank, CA from 1:00 to 2:30 PM on Saturday July 3, 2010.
Del Rey has announced Transformers: Exodus a novel by Alex Irvine that explores and expands upon the origins of the supervillain Megatron and the rise of Optimus Prime. The book is slated for a June 22, 2010 release. The book was written in close partnership with Hasbro and is a canonical tale that relates to, and expands on, the story being told in the upcoming video game, Transformers: War for Cybertron. Amazon has posted a new pre-order page for the novel "Transformers Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron" by Alex Irvine. The update includes an extensive summary of the story as well as changes to the length of book as just 288 pages now. Read the story of the story of Optimus Prime and Megatron before they were enemies!
Amazon has posted a pre-order listing for the the previously reported "Transformers: Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron" book. The listing offers details on the publication. Authored by Alex Irvine, it will be offered in a hardback edition book covers a whopping 352 pages. The release is slated for June 22, 2010 at a suggested retail fo $27.00 USD. The real news is the extended title suggests it is for Activision's new game.
Jim Sorenson has let the cat out of the bag - well Amazon did it first but, anyway - that the second volume of the Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac book that he co-wrote with Bill Forster is going to be printed. The book will focus on the third and final season of the television series and is currently set for a June 29, 2010 release date. The book is 220 pages and will is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.com for $19.99.
Just in is news that Del Rey books will be releasing a new science fiction novel based on the Transformers property titled "Transformers: Exodus." The book is being written by author Alex Irvine. What's quite interesting about this book is it is over 350 pages long. So this looks to be something of epic proportions, not just another kids book. One can only ponder the possibilities.
Derrick J. Wyatt, Transformers Animated extraordinaire, has pointed to the possibility of a second volume for the recently released Transformers Animated AllSpark Alamanc. Posting on his Twitter page to a question of whether or not we will see additional sketches from the now-defunct series, Mr. Wyatt simply writes, "They will all be in the Allspark Almanac #2!" Jim Sorenson, half of the dynamic duo behind the Transformers Animated AllSpark Almanac has updated his blog Disciples of Boltax with a five-page preview of the book. He tells us that while he was thinking about just providing the first five pages of his new book, he decided against it and gave us teasers from various pages from the book. Read more.
Thanks to Kaiser over at HK-TF.com who has posted scans from August 17 release of Transformers Generations 2009 Volume 3 from publisher Million Publishing. The last release in the series covers includes information about the ghost Starscream story, the mail-away exclusives Skids and Screech, coverage of the Japanese Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen line, images and information from Tokyo premiere of ROTF, design sketches for Alternity Bumblebee and a prototype showing a possible Human Alliance Ratchet is/was on the drawing board.

Jim Sorenson has updated his blog the Disciples of Boltax to provide an AllSpark Almanac Foreshadowing, a teaser if you will, to celebrate the near-release of his book, the Transformers Animated: AllSpark Almanac. He provides several images from the book in these three classes: early sketches and other non-finalized pieces, and completed artwork. The book is currently pre-orderable at a comic book store near you with an August release.

Jim Sorenson has posted the cover of his upcoming book The AllSpark Almanac onto his blog Disciples of Boltax. The cover was originally unveiled on Amazon when the online store began taking pre-orders. Marcelo Matere is responsible for the cover. The book is due out August 15th from IDW Publishing and will be 212 pages in length.

Wizard has released that some additional information that will appear in Toyfare #140, which came out today among other things, will feature an interview with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen producer Lorenzo DiBonaventura, and a look at Hasbro’s upcoming movie toys. Hopefully this will help those of you who were on the fence about whether or not to get the darn thing.
