Third-party customization iGear Toys has announced their next Partner Product, PP-03 Attack. The PP-03 is a conehead mold that started with E, Elegy (Dirge); J, Jet (Ramjet); and now A, Attack, a paint job based on Thrust! The Allspark has posted scans of the comic book included with TakaraTomy's e-Hobby Exclusive Edition Masterpiece MP-03G Ghost Starscream. Find out the origin of Masterpiece Ghost Starscream and how he came to be. This comic continues the storyline originated with Masterpiece Convoy Black. This comic was only included in the Japanese e-Hobby Edition of MP-03G and not included in the general Asian release. According to Snakas, TakaraTomy will unveil a gray prototype version of their upcoming Masterpiece Rodimus figure at this weekend's CybertronCon China. Snakas also reports that a colored prototype will then be shown at the C3XHobby convention, which takes place this year from August 28 - 29, 2010.
Thanks to the CyberGundam blog, we have learned that the current issue of Figure Oh #150 has published a sketch of TakaraTomy's upcoming Masterpiece Rodimus! The figure will be part of the Welcome to Transformers 2010 campaign and will be worth three points. While rumblings about the potential release of this figure have been going around for quite some time this is the first time we have seen any physical proof of the figure. Read more.
I found these pics on the web over at rakuten.co.jp/robochris who has put up these pics of the 2010 campaign Predaking release. It shows it has a NICE gold painted paint scheme that differs from the original or re-release. This IMO makes the price a little more justifiable. Check out the images after the jump.

Thanks to getnews.jp, Just in from the Tokyo Toy Show is more news and images Device Label Blaster will finally be seeing a release in Japan where they figure originated. The on and off again action figure named Broad Blast that doubles as a USB hub is slated for release on July 24, 2010 for an estimated cost of 6825 JPY / $79 USD. The International Tokyo Toy Show 2010 is happening this weekend and we have some images that reveal something rather awesome: Predaking will be the November 2010 of TakaraTomy's Welcome to Transformers 2010 campaign! TakaraTomy has updated their Welcome to Transformers 2010 product page, which teases that at least two new figures will be released before the campaign is over. PerfectEffect's got more than meets the with new images of the PE-03 Laser and PE-04 Buzzer. The unofficial / third party made action figure look like they will be made in homage to the Generation Decepticon cassette robots Laserbeak and Buzzsaw. These figures follow the other Cassette figure they will be making as PE-05 Ejector / PE-06 Rewinder.
TakaraTomy have posted news and images for the Tokyo Toy Show Transformers exclusives that include the action figures Dreadwind and Smokescreen from the ROTF line. Also offered will be a redeco of Animated Prowl as the Elite Guard Prowl. Additionally, there is information announcing the the Transformers Animated figures including Ultra Magnus, Jazz and Sentinal Prime will be offered for sale as well.

Previously reported here, the delayed Transformers Music Matrix DVD has been released in Japan. It contains a compilation of Transformers theme songs from G1 to present Movie with clips and footage retailing at 3,000 yen.
In the wake of Steven Spielberg's worldwide Hollywood blockbuster film Transformers, Columbia Music Entertainment of Japan will be releasing a DVD titled Transformers Theme Song DVD Collection. This will be a compilation of theme songs from the various Transformers animated TV series accompanied by video. This DVD will retail at 3,000 Yen and will be released in Japan on March 26, 2008. No cover art or track listing is available at this time.
Monsters and Critics.com reports - Coming to DVD on 26th September 2005 from Metrodome is the single most anticipated Transformers DVD collection ever the four-disc boxed set TRANSFORMERS THE TAKARA COLLECTION VOLUME 1 HEADMASTERS. Many Japanese gaming sights has reported a new version of the Japanese "Transformers" game that was released last year for the Playstation 2 will be re-released on March 24, 2005 titled "Transformers Best Version" also for the PS2 platform retailing at 2,980 Yen. This is equivalent to the reduce priced "Greatest Hits" here in the US.

The figure is part of the Welcome to Transformers 2010 campaign and will be sold exclusively through Toy Hobby Market. The figure will arrive sometime next month and will set you back 21,000 JPY / $223 USD.

The folks over at iGear have updated the page for their upcoming PP01 Faith, PP01B Nemesis, and PP01C Clear figures with images of the figures' packaging. The images also include the tech spec cards for each figure. These partner products from iGear have unfortunately been delayed to March 28th (Faith) and April (Nemesis & Clear). Take a look at the rather cool-looking packaging, which features a clear front to show off the figure, in the gallery.

e-Hobby Japan has updated their web site with new images for the Takara Tomy release of MasterPiece MP-03G Starcsream Ghost Version action figure. The updated product order pages shows the clear seeker in the box with shots of the back and front. Nothing too new here as the box design follows the traditional MasterPiece design on black cardboard with silver lettering.
Takara Tomy have updated their official Transformers site with new production information and images of the e-Hobby Shop Ghost Starscream MP-03G Limited Version as well as the Transformers Disney Label Donald Duck color version. The site features new images of Starscream showing off details of the open nose cone and close ups of the alternate vehicle and robot modes.
